WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accepts returns within 24 hours after your package was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.
If you received a product that is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items that are not eligible for a return are sale and custom items.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it for a full refund. Any time after 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel because all items are made to order!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our current processing time is 3-10 business days - not including weekends and holidays. Some of our materials have been taking longer to get to us, due to this, some orders will take a little longer than usual.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we are not. We only ship inside of the US. In the future, we do plan on shipping worldwide.
CAN I WASH MY SANDY PAW CO. PRODUCTS?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry or spot cleaning your Sandy Paw Co products so that they do not tear of frey. Do not bleach. Iron as needed.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Please refer to our size guide. Always measure your pup's neck before ordering, because our items are made to order. If your bandana does not fit your pup, you will not be entitled to a return or refund. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. If you are unsure of which size you should order, we are always willing to answer any questions you might have!
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?
No, you can only use one discount code at a time.

CAN YOU SEND ME PRODUCTS IN EXCHANGE FOR PROMOTION?
No - unfortunately, we can't afford to give out free products.
CAN YOU PARTICIPATE IN MY GIVEAWAY?
While I would love to participate in every giveaway, we just aren't able to. Since we are a small business, we can't give out free stuff all of the time. We can only sponsor a few giveaways a month so please fill out our sponsor application and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER AND FORGOT TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE - AM I ABLE TO ADD ONE TO THAT ORDER?
Unfortunately, no. It is very difficult for us to keep track of discount codes unless they are used during purchase. Our models 15% off codes are always available to use when placing an order!
